CISCE was formed in 1958. In December 1967, the Council was registered as a Society under the Societies Registration Act, 1860. Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations is widely renowned as CISCE.
In Class 10th board examination is standard X and Class 12th board examination is standard XII. Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations regulates and supervises the development of school education in nation.
Council for the Indian School Certificate Examination and Results:
The Council conducts three most important exams i.e. X Exam, XII Exam and CVE - Year 12 Exam. The subject choices and syllabuses offered for these examinations are different and intended for development of individuals.
CISCE used to to provide a course of general learning, in harmony with the recommendations of the New Education Policy 1986 to the students. However, the students are not allowed to sit for the X and XII examination through open board.
The board used to conduct Class 12th exam every year in the month of March. In Similar mode council has conducted XII board exam in the month of March. The ISC Class 12th result to be announced today.
