Infosys founder N R Narayana Murthy believes Wren and Martin is better than MS Word.
This quirk of the software guru came to light at the release of Jessie Paul's book 'No Money Marketing' at Crossword on Residency Road yesterday.
Narayana Murthy and Girish Paranjpe, Joint CEO (IT Business), Wipro, were the chief guests.

Paranjpe said Jessie had imbibed the qualities of a true Wiproite.
Narayana Murthy and Jessie once had an argument over grammar, she told the full house at the bookstore.
When Narayana Murthy asked her if she had checked with Wren and Martin, she replied she had done a check on Microsoft Word.
To this, Murthy told her that 'Word' was the last resort of those who did not know English.
About the book, he said, "It is an important value addition to the body of knowledge in global brand creation... I am happy Jessie has published her thoughts and ideas in them."u00a0 Narayana Murthy also spoke about how Infosys managed with a tight budget during its infancy.
He said, they had decided to do "unusual things and get written about by peopleu2026 it was about getting people to notice you and talk about you".
Paranjpe, who purchased the first copy, said, "This book is a valuable guide for early-stage and growth firms to build their brand rapidly."
Jessie Paul said she had tried to make the book more interesting than the textbooks she had read in college.
