Jadhav, whose knock included 12 fours, is aware that it is an uphill task for them to surpass Rizvi Springfield's total of 716. Trailing by 531 runs, Jadhav doesn't want to lose hope though. "The massive total of 716 runs scored by the Rizvi team definitely played on our minds. We kept losing wickets as we were under tremendous pressure. I hope to bat till the end if we want to stay in the game," said the 15-year-old all-rounder.
Earlier, VN Sule opener Saurabh Tendulkar was dismissed for 13 after he attempted a hook. He was caught behind by Azim Shaikh off off-spinner Armaan Jaffer. But the biggest blow came when their skipper Shreyas Kemkar was run out in the 61st over without troubling the scorer. Wickets fell at regular intervals, which put brakes on the scoring rate of the Dadar side. Rizvi are just a day away from lifting the Harris Shield Elite Division title for the fourth time in a row.
