Jaiveer Dhingra of PJ Hindu Gymkhana fashioned a thrilling 3-2 win to storm into the senior billiards final and set himself up for a triple crown, in the Malabar Hill Club Maharashtra State selection billiards & snooker tournament yesterday.
Dhingra, who earlier won the junior billiards and snooker titles, overcame Mahesh Jagdale of Elphinstone Cricket Club 150-147, 150-37, 132-150, 108-150, 150-105 in the 150-up, best-of-five framesu00a0semi-final that lasted a marathon four hours.
