The 43-year-old ditched his green-dyed hair for his role in the DC supervillain movie "Suicide Squad", where he plays The Joker, reported Aceshowbiz.

The 30 Seconds to Mars frontman showed off his new hair in a Twitter picture which he captioned, "Sneak Peak #VMAs... It's not pomegranate its pink."

Earlier, the "Dallas Buyers Club" actor had dyed his hair platinum blonde.

Leto, who was on hand to introduce The Weeknd's performance at the awards show, arranged his hair in slicked-back style and wore an all-black ensemble consisting
of polka dot shirt, leather jacket, matching pants and shoes, and completed his look with sunglasses.

"Suicide Squad" features Will Smith, Cara Delevingne, Jai Courtney, Margot Robbie, Viola Davis, Joel Kinnaman, Common, Scott Eastwood and Jay Hernandez. It releases in US on August 5, 2016.
