Angry at her for having rejected his marriage proposal, a man stabbed a 20-year-old woman to death in Delhi.
Furious that his marriage proposal was turned down, a man stabbed a 20-year-old woman to death Monday, police said. The culprit has been arrested.

"The incident was reported at 5 pm at Dallupura furniture market in east Delhi," said a senior police police officer.
The accused, Devender, in his early 20s was arrested from the spot, the officer said.
Police said the woman, a call centre employee, was going to Noida in a car with a male friend when they were intercepted by Devender.
Devender asked the woman to come out of the car. As she got out, he started stabbing her.
The woman received three injuries on her thighs, while her friend, identified as Gaurav (24), was also hurt in the incident, police said.
The girl was taken to Lal Bahadur Shastri (LBS) hospital where doctors declared her dead.
