It was initially to release on December 8, 2017, but was pushed to February 9 and later to March 2 this year to avoid clashing with other films.

With John's film postponed, makers of the Pulkit Samrat and Kriti Kharbanda-starrer Veerey Ki Wedding yesterday decided to release the romcom on March 2, instead of March 9. The year is proving to be a musical chairs of release dates.
