Kalki Koechlin had her lavender dress billowing up a la Marilyn Monroe at a brand event in Delhi yesterday. The actress had put it great efforts to pull off the iconic pose before a live audience. It was planned by the brand officials since Kalki was launching a hair removal product for women, and her shiny, toney pins had to be on display.

Being in showbiz, actors always have to look prim-n-propah. Kalki, however, admitted that she doesn't have the patience to go to the salon and get waxing done, and therefore, prefers shaving. The only time she didn't care about the fuzz was while shooting Shanghai (2012). Director Dibakar Banerjee wanted a "terrible look" for the character she played.
