London: Actress Katie Holmes is excited to get back to work and make her directorial debut in the upcoming movie 'All We Had'.

The 35-year-old actress said she is nervous about taking on the challenge but can't wait to get started and make her mark on the movie, reported a website.
"I'm excited, I'm going to direct my first movie. I found this book and optioned it and I have a writer writing it for me. I'm excited! It should be a huge challenge, but worth it," she said during her appearance on a TV show.
The brunette beauty, who has an eight-year-old daughter, Suri, with her ex-husband Tom Cruise, recently confessed to hiring help to care for her daughter after struggling to juggle motherhood and work commitments in the past.
"You do the best you can. Some days you feel really good about yourself and some days you don't. You really need to support each other, help people through whatever it is they're going through...," she had said.
