In some photographs obtained by TMZ, the "Batman Begins" actress was all smiles at a surprise party in honour of Foxx's special day.
Multiple sources said that Foxx's friends threw the surprise party for him. The actor looked dapper in a black shirt topped with black suit.
Holmes, similarly, was photographed wearing a black outfit at the party.
Other stars attending the surprise birthday party included Alicia Keys and Jennifer Hudson.
Rumours about Holmes and Foxx dating first emerged in 2013 when they were seen dancing at a party in East Hampton here.
