Kim Kardashian considering run for Glendale mayor 'in 5 years'
Kim Kardashian has revealed that her plans to run for the office of Glendale mayor are "for real". In a new video clip from E!'s 'Khloe and Lamar', the 31-year-old socialite also said that she will even enlist her friend Noelle Keshishian to help with the campaign.
“I decided I’m going to run for the mayor of Glendale,” LA Times quoted Kardashian as saying. “It’s going to be in, like, five years,” she said.
The reality star, who is currently a registered voter in the city of Los Angeles, said she would choose to run for office in Glendale “because it’s, like, Armenian town”.
According to her, she needs to obtain residency in the city in order to run for the mayorship, adding that she and Keshishian are “looking into all the requirements.”
