A labourer allegedly committed suicide by hanging himself from a ceiling angle in an under- construction building here today, police said. The deceased, Rinku Mahawar, committed suicide in a building under the 'Neem Ka Thana' Kotwali police station area, they said.

The body was shifted to a local hospital's mortuary. The reason behind the suicide was not clear and the matter is being probed, police officials added.
