Too much stress in life? Go for Costa Laughaccino to banish stress from life

No matter how much you would like to brush it aside, the daily grind that life is always manages to take its toll. The solution? Laughter. It makes you better equipped to handle difficult situations. Nowadays, everyone is stressed -- some over relationships, others over work while some are stressed about their future.

It's time you took a 'fun' break. A coffee chain has come up with Costa Laughaccino, an initiative where comedians will be performing for you at the coffee shop every Saturday while you sip your coffee. So what brings coffee and comedy together? Says Santhosh Unni, CEO, Costa India: "What better way to put a smile on the face of our customers?"

And who are the artists? Unni promises that they have chosen the best talent in the business. "They are very diverse performers," he adds.

"I do a lot of observational comedy. Sometimes roadside Romeos make the funniest of jokes. And living in a city like Delhi, the Indian man is my favourite topic. They are the predominant force of my life and hence of my stand ups," says a grinning Neeti Palta, one of the artists.

For Mumbai-based comedian Tanmay Bhat, this is quite a different experience. "This is the first time I will  be performing in front of people who will be drinking coffee and not alcohol. My stand up will be based entirely on my perspective of Delhi and the people of Delhi," he says. So gear up for some laughter to reduce stress.
