Taking to Instagram, the 30-year-old Formula One racing driver shared a pic wherein he is seen resting on the rails of a boat as it sailed the shoreline with a caption, "2016 is going to be amazing for you all, I'm wishing nothing but greatness, Happiness and success but most importantly love and light in your lives," the Mirror reports.

In the pic, Hamilton sported a white shorts and a printed blue-and-white t-shirt and looked handsome as he gazed into the distance.

He completed his look with thick gold chains around his neck and a pair of blue-tinted, gold-rimmed sunglasses.
