Lindsay Lohan is upset that fellow troubled star Amanda Bynes hasn't been punished yet despite her repeated run-ins with the law.
Former Nickelodeon star Bynes, 26, has been having mounting problems with the law -- following a DUI arrest, two hit-and-run accidents, a citation for driving with a suspended license and new photos in which she smokes pot inside her car.

On Sunday, authorities finally impounded Bynes' vehicle. But her peer Lohan, also 26, is not pleased with Bynes or how she's been treated for her various misdeeds, reported Us magazine.
"Why did I get put in jail and a Nickelodeon star has had NO punishment(s) so far?" tweeted the 'Mean Girls' actress, who has spent time behind bars for similar offenses.
