Kolkata: One bogie of a local train derailed while entering a platform at the south section of the Sealdah Station in the small hours today, a railway official said.

There was no report of any casualty or injury to anyone in the derailment.

The incident happened at around 0400 hours when a local train from car shed was entering platform no 10 of Sealdah Station and one compartment got derailed, the official said.

"Nobody was injured as the coach was empty. The was no damage to the coach, the tracks and the platform either," he said.
