The One Direction singer had filed for joint custody, claiming that Briana denied him access to five-month-old Freddie. He apparently wants pre-approval rights of any pictures of Freddie that Briana wants to post.
A source says, "Briana feels she has the right to post pics of their son, and says she hasn't trashed Louis so he has nothing to complain about."

It seems Louis is convinced about Briana being blinded by jealously over his relationship with Danielle Campbell, and she "went crazy" when Freddie came home with the smell of Danielle's perfume.
Sources, however, claim Briana, is concerned about Freddie alone and believes that Louis' girlfriend may be just a crazed fan.
