After making films on various segments of society, national award-winning filmmaker Madhur Bhandarkar now wants to make a "realistic" love story

It is a genre I haven t ventured into. I thought it would be challenging for me to make a romantic movie," Bhandarkar said adding he is also romantic by nature. Stating that he has always stuck to his convictions and made the films he wanted to make, the director said he is also open to directing on television if he gets a good script.
Asked whether he intends to make sequels to 'Chandni Bar' and 'Fashion' he replied in the negative. "I don t want to make 'Chandni Bar 2'. I didn t think 'Fashion 2' will happen. If a film ends on a high note, makes the audience think and lingers in the end that is needed," Bhandarkar said.u00a0
