A 23-year-old man in Delhi allegedly lured a two-year-old girl to his house and then raped her.
A 23-year-old man was arrested for allegedly raping a two-year-old girl in his neighbourhood in the city, said police Sunday.
Vijender lured the girl to his house on the pretext of playing with her.

Vijender, who was planning to flee the city, was arrested Saturday from his house in west Delhi's Nangloi late Saturday night after the girl's family filed a police complaint that the girl was missing.
During investigations, police discovered that the girl was last seen Saturday evening with Vijender.
The accused told police that he raped the girl in his home and left her unconscious.
A medical examination of the victim, who is in a critical condition, confirmed rape.
