A 30-year-old man, hailing from Gujarat, allegedly committed suicide at a guest-house here, police said
Mumbai: A 30-year-old man, hailing from Gujarat, allegedly committed suicide at a guest-house here, police said.
Mayur Patel, the deceased, apparently hanged himself inside his room at the Ripan Guest House in the Nagpada area of South Mumbai where he had checked in last evening. The suicide came to light today afternoon.
In his suicide note, Patel did not blame anyone and expressed love for his wife, said police.
As he did not leave the room today even after the check-out time, the hotel employees opened the door with a duplicate key and found him hanging from the ceiling fan.
He was declared dead before admission at Nair hospital. Further probe is on.
