Mancini lashes out at EPL spending rules
Manchester City manager Roberto Mancini believes EPL's new financial rules are designed to curb his club's growth.
“I don’t agree,” Mancini said. “If I am a rich man, I want to spend money for my team. I don’t agree with this, but it is my opinion. If the rules are like this, we should work like this. We can’t change this,” he added.
“It is true that every time we want a player, if his value is 12 million euros, for City they ask 35 million euros. There should be rules to stop this,” he said.
