The Italian striker provoked an angry reaction from his boss on Wednesday after gate-crashing his former team Inter Milan's press conference on Tuesday.
Mancini ordered the 21-year-old to train alone after letting his feelings known in front of the entire City squad. Balotelli was also fined 120,000 pounds earlier in the month for breaking curfew. He was seen outside a strip club in Liverpool just 36 hours prior to City's match against Bolton.
The Italian Tuesday surprised everyone when he interrupted the unveiling of new Inter Milan manager Andrea Stramaccioni. He shook hands with some Inter staff, wished the new manager and exited the press briefing.
