The house sprawls over 5 acres of prime land in Uttar Pradesh's capital and after the BSP chief became the chief minister in 2007, she spent a fortune on upgrading the property.

The house has a bullet-proof verandah and huge statue of herself and the party's symbol the elephant. It also includes massive walls and a 14-room guesthouse, said the report.
