The accused, who worked for a Kalbadevi based medical factory, repeatedly violated the medical dealer at their drug factory, residence and even beaches; also extracted money from him

Three medical representatives allegedly sodomised a medical dealer repeatedly, taking advantage of the fact that he was mentally challenged. Cops from L T Marg police station have arrested the three accused — Ramcharan Yadav, Ramdin Nisad and Ankush Bhora — all employees of a Kalbadevi based medical factory. The three were acquainted with a medical dealer at Chira Bazaar, whose 32-year-old son is mentally unstable.

“The three lured the victim out of the house on the pretext of taking him to Siddhivinayak Temple. Later, they took him to their residence near Central cinema in Charni Road, where Yadav allegedly subjected him to unnatural sex,” said a police officer attached with the L T Marg police station.

Nisad also sodomised the 32-year-old at the factory. Over the next few days, the trio repeatedly violated him at different spots, including Girgaon Chowpatty and Marine Lines Chowpatty. They also demanded money from the victim, threatening to reveal what had happened to him to his neighbours.

“When the victim reached home one day with blood stains on his clothes, his family noticed them and enquired about it. It is then that the victim revealed what had happened to him and they finally approached us,” said a police officer.

The victim was sent to Nagpada for a medical examination, after which the police registered an FIR and the three accused were arrested.
