Parenting is not easy! And who knows it better than former Australia cricketer Michael Clarke’s wife Kyly, a mother to daughter Kelsey Lee, 2. Since welcoming Kelsey back in November 2015, Kyly said that she has enjoyed every facet of motherhood, but there have been certain hardships that she has had to face.

“The hardest thing for me is seeing Kelsey Lee sick. Even if it’s the smallest cold or rushing her to hospital. When something random happens to her and you don’t think that is ever going to happen, you are not even sure if it really is a sickness or something else, that’s when everything in life just stops. Being a mother is not easy,” Kyly said on television show Speaking to Be recently.

Kelsey had fallen ill with a mystery illness in February this year. Recalling the incident, the former model Kyly, who did not wish to divulge details about the illness, added: “At the end of the day, if we didn’t have them [kids] or something happened to them, we’d be nothing. We’d feel nothing. We’d want to do nothing. I think that’s the hardest thing about being a parent.”
