Mentor Mohit Suri pens emotional letter to Shraddha aka Chhota as she turns 30; gifts personalised scarf
Shraddha Kapoor and her Aashiqui 2 (2013) director Mohit Suri share a close bond. He fondly calls her Chhota. After two successful outings, Aashiqui 2 and Ek Villain (2014), the duo is currently working on Half Girlfriend. Mohit is proud of the way Shraddha has honed her acting skills over the years.

As she celebrates her birthday today, he gave her a special present — a scarf which had Rhea (her character in the film) embossed on it. He also wrote an emotional letter to her.
“Looking at the journey that we have shared so far, we have created an everlasting bond that is now beyond work and more familial. Sometimes, I am overwhelmed by your work. It is amazing to see your growth from Aashiqui 2 to Half Girlfriend... I love the hunger you have for work... Keep following your heart... I am so proud of all that you are, all that you have been and all that you're yet to be. A mentor's journey is not just about giving. What is mostly forgotten is that it is also about receiving in return... Thank you for being a part of my journey,” the letter reads.
