The Hospitality Training Institute (HTI) recently invited Viveck Shettyy, Managing Director, Indus Communications to address their trainers as part of a special guest lecture for their 'Train the Trainers' programme.
This special session was conducted at the VITS Hotel, Andheri (East). Speaking on the occasion, Viveck shared with the audience some very valuable insights on knowledge, attitude and leadership.
