Mumbai cricket lost one its most popular figures in Niranjan Shah (nicknamed Nirabhai) yesterday.
The pillar of PJ Hindu Gymkhana cricket died after a massive heart attack yesterday morning. Shah served the Hindu Gymkhana and B Arun Kumar cricket teams with distinction over the years.
Former Test player Suru Nayak paid a tribute on Facebook by saying, "He was such a cricket enthusiast and handled the PJ Hindu Gym with passion. RIP."
