Mumbai Food: Colaba bar retains old name but serves new fare
Colaba bar Bombay Vintage retains name, but to serve new fare in jazzed up space
Rice crusted crispy
Colaba's Bombay Vintage (which used to earlier be Kurry Klub) has now been taken over by The Neighbourhood Hospitality team of Pankil Shah, Sumitraj Gambhir and Abhishek Honawar.
The owners, who also run Woodside Inn and The Pantry, have created a food and bar menu inspired by the city’s culinary favourites (which were also seen at the previous avtar).
Think spiced gin infusions, chana chilli garlic chakna, prawn koliwada, bharleli vangi, green masala calamari with multigrain vada and sev tomato nu shak.
Opens on: January 30, 7 pm to 12 pm
At: Opposite Regal Cinema, Colaba
