Follow this Lemon and chocolate mousse recipe to make a perfect Christmas treat
A cup of lemon and chocolate mix makes a delicious Christmas treat. Also, homemade Lemon and chocolate mousse is an ideal sweet dish to savour during the festival. It can be made quickly at home with easily available ingredients. Refer to the recipe of Lemon and Chocolate Mousse below:

Ingredients for Chocolate cups:
1. Dark chocolate 250 gm
2. White chocolate 250 gm

Ingredients for Lemon mousse
1. Mascaporne cheese 80 gm
2. Whipped cream 150 gm
3. Lemon zest 5 gm
4. Lemon juice 10 ml
5. Lemon colour 5 ml
6. Sugar 100 gm
Ingredients for Chocolate mousse
1. Dark chocolate 300 gm
2. Milk 150 ml
3. Whipped cream 200 ml
4. Unsalted butter 50 gms
Method:
Step 1 - Melt the chocolates in a double boiler or in a micro oven
Step 2 - For making cups, apply the molten chocolate on paper cups or tart mould and refrigerate it for half an hour
Step 3 - Meanwhile make lemon mousse by whipping together lemon zest, juice, colour, sugar and mascarpone cheese until it turns smooth. Add cream and refrigerate the mixture. Then make chocolate mousse by melting the chocolate and adding unsalted butter and milk. After a while, add whipped cream and refrigerate the mixture.
Step 4 - De-mould the cups and fill it with lemon and chocolate mousse. Garnish with fresh fruits and serve cold.
Serve this delicious dessert to your guests and end your Christmas feast on the sweetest note ever.
