The Mumbai police has arrested a man wanted by Scotland Yard in a murder case from 1997 in Glasgow, UK.
Scotland Yard wanted Sougat Chandra Mukherjee, in the murder of one Tracy Violet Wylde. The police arrested him from Malad on Friday and handed him over to UK High Commission.

The Scotland Yard in a recent review of the case had found the involvement of Mukherjee, who was also booked in UK for behaving indecently in public places while he was doing a nautical diploma in Glasgow.
