Police have moved the sessions court here seeking cancellation of the interim anticipatory bail of actor Sahil Khan in connection with a case of cheating filed against him by Bollywood actor Jacike Shroff's wife Ayesha Shroff
Mumbai: Police have moved the sessions court here seeking cancellation of the interim anticipatory bail of actor Sahil Khan in connection with a case of cheating filed against him by Bollywood actor Jacike Shroff's wife Ayesha Shroff.
"We have moved for cancellation as Khan is not attending the police station regularly, and also another case has been registered against him," said chief public prosecutor Kalpana Chavan.

Ayesha Shroff has accused Khan, her former business partner, of cheating her to the tune of Rs five crore. After she filed a police complaint, Khan approached the sessions court seeking a pre-arrest bail. The court adjourne the hearing till the first week of December and granted him interim protection from arrest till then.
However, on November 18, suburban Bandra police registered a case of defamation, criminal intimidation and molestation against Khan after Ayesha filed another complaint.
