India women's cricketer Jemimah Rodrigues, 17, who just returned from her first international tour of South Africa, cherished the experience of getting close to wild animals. The Bandra girl shared her experience of visiting the famous Lion Park and Table Mountain in Cape Town.

"When we were in Cape Town, our manager told us that the Table Mountain was just 15 minutes away from the hotel. We went there first and then visited the Lion Park. I just loved the experience of getting close to a cheetah and a lion. I will cherish those moments for a long time," Jemimah told mid-day.

However, the Bandra girl admitted that there was no time to shop for her family members. "We didn't get much time to shop, so I ended up buying chocolates and some key chains for my family and friends from the airport. Next time, I will try and bring back some nice gifts for my parents (mum, Lavita and dad, Ivan) and brothers (Enoch and Eli)," added Jemimah, who hopes to one day sponsor a trip for her family to watch her play abroad.
