The duo tenor Mats Carlsson and pianist Michael Engstrom from Sweden are here tonight to gift a recital in the fifth edition of the Sweden India Nobel Memorial Week 2011. The performance will have the duo bring in the real sound of Swedish opera.



Mats is well known for lending his voice to orchestras in Japan and USA among other countries while Michael is known for his association to various radio choirs in Sweden.

Presenting a blend of melodies from various European operas and traditional Swedish songs, the performance promises some original compositions that bring out the beauty of nature.

The musicians will gift an experience that will transcend barriers and reinstate that music needs no language. So if you want to spend an evening with unadulterated music, you know where to head.
