The trailer of Kangana Ranaut's upcoming film 'Simran' is out and the actress appears in a carefree and giggly avatar. The 30-year-old actress plays a Gujarati girl named Simran Patel, in the film directed by Hansal Mehta. In the trailer we see Kangana play the role of a 'kleptomaniac' and a gambling addict living in USA. She is at her quirky best, and is seen trying out different avatars and outfits.

Kangana Ranaut spoke at the event about how her role in debut film 'Gangster' was named 'Simran' and she has nostalgia with the character. "I have completed 10-11 years in the industry and it has been journey from playing one 'Simran' to other 'Simran'.
'Simran' is set to hit the screens on September 15.
