The students of Asia’s best event management institute organised three world class events on 14th September at Bhaidas hall. It was a well organised event done by the NIEM students. They were guided and motivated by Dr. Hoshi Bhiwandiwalla, Dr. Rajiv Zaveri, Niti Bengali, Shahaan Chesan, Sweta Borker, Rushabh Jain, Vikram Majithia, and Amit Solanki.

The day started with a dance competition, judged by the Mr. Hemu Sinha, Mr. Dominique Alvarez and Mr. Ankan Sen. The winning teams were the Dynamic Dance Group, followed by TDC and the team U & I came in third. The audience’s choice team was Angels & Groovers.

The next event was College Idol, it was judged by TV star Pradeep Duhan and Prof. Anjali Talreja. The five male winners were Prakash BK, Mohit Balchandani, Pranav Kelkar, Amit Thakkar & Anup Pandey. The five female winners were Nishita Rathod, Shelee Jorvekar, Savli Jadhav, Unnati Shah & Mahek Shah.

In the evening, the Mr & Ms University Mumbai finale was held, which was judged by Pankaj Mundra and Shavina Singh. The male second runner-up was Prateek Desai and first runner-up was Sagar Arora and the winner of Mr University was Afrid Arif.

Among the women, the second and first runners-up were Isha Vaidya and Ritika Kallyaat and Ms University was Ankita Kharat.

The award for Miss Smile was given to Malavika More, Ms. Photogenic to Amruta Pawar and Avishruti Mitra bagged Ms. Ten. Mr. Robust was Prashant Chavan, Mr. Photogenic was shared by Gaurang Solanki and Zakariya Sayeed.
