CCI's Gauri Ghate and Hrissha Dubey bagged a triple crown each, while Nigel D'Sa won the men's title, in the CCI-GMBA badminton championship at the Cricket Club of India. Ghate, who surprised second seed Kareena Madan in the semis, overcame top seed Riya Arolkar 21-8, 21-8 in the final.

Dubey won the girls' U-15 and U-17 singles titles and added the U-19 doubles crown, besides finishing runner-up in the U-17 doubles.
Top seed D'Sa rallied from a tight opening game and the loss of the second, to fashion a 21-19, 14-21, 21-9 win over second seed Viplav Kuvale of ESIC in the men's final.
Shubham Pal, also of CCI, earned a double with the boys' U-17 singles and doubles titles, while Rudra Rane upset top seed Riya Arolkar for the girls' U-19 crown besides winning the U-17 doubles title too.
