Barack Obama managed to shoot just two hoops out of 22 as he tried to show off his basketball skills at the White House Easter festivities.
The US President joined players from the Women’s National Basketball Association and a team of young girls in a shoot-out against an all-male team.
Despite his love of sport and fondness for basketball, he needed 15 attempts to get the ball through the hoop, with a final score of two baskets in 22 shots.

“Oh, man,” Obama said as his shots kept hitting the rim. “Come on. Come on. Did you see that?” He then handed the ball to a boy and asked for help. “He couldn’t make one. I had to help him out,” said 10-year-old Kahron Campbell.
The event was part of the annual White House Easter Egg Roll, which attracted 30,000 children and parents to the South Lawn for a day of festivities.
Obama is an avid basketball fan and also plays regularly.
