Omkar bags six as Raja Shivaji thrash Parle Tilak

IES Raja Shivaji Vidyalaya's (Dadar) Omkar Satardekar (15) scalped six Parle Tilak Vidyalaya English (Vile Parle) wickets to help his team register a 149 run win during day three of the Harris Shield Elite Group third round match at Azad Maidan yesterday.

The left-arm spinner is happy that his heroics helped his team stay alive in the competition. "It was sad that despite being runners up we lost in the first round to Anjuman Islam (Urdu). This win was very crucial for us," said the Lalbaug lad.

Meanwhile, Anjuman Islam Allana English (CST) beat M D Bhatia (Ghatkopar) by an innings and 37 runs. Right arm leg-spinner Dafedar Khizar starred for Anjuman Islam with five wickets.
