Legal bent
Even though I have turned builder now, law has always been my passion. That’s the reason why I still run my legal firm by the name ABG & Associates; but now the cause is to serve people in legal need. I am very much a lawyer even today, but now I will give my 100 per cent to my business.

Building base
I was associates with some of my friends who are in construction business since the last few years. It’s a lucrative business and has got lot of potential in India. Home is the most basic necessity. I feel that this business has got enormous opportunities in future.

Struggle story
In the year 2003, I started my first building in Nallasopara. Then I decided to enter this business as it gave me a lot of satisfaction. But the journey wasn’t easy. The last three years were crucial as Vasai Virar Municipal Corporation did not issue any commencement certificate. That was a period when I was in a double state of mind about entering the business. But my partners and family supported me. Today I have successfully launched the first phase of Signature by Chaubey Realties.

Market mania
The market is growing slowly which is good for any industry. As far as Mumbai and surrounding districts are concerned they require around 4 lakh flats in a
year and hence I find it as a constant growing market. The government is taking right directions by reducing CRR rate. The interest rate will come down which will be the required boost for the industry. There is nothing wrong in introducing new laws as far as it is for the betterment of the city. But there should be one window clearance for the proposals.

Dream land
Currently, I am working on a project in Dahisar. We have plans to develop a beautiful complex at the eastern end of the city with all modern amenities and facilities including club house, gymnasium, joggers park, multiplex, schools etc. There are lots of developers who are constructing buildings in Mira Road and claiming it as Dahisar, but we are actually providing residence within Mumbai and within the reach of common people. u00a0u00a0
