Mumbai: One person was injured in an accident on the Eastern Freeway near Cotton Green in Mumbai on Wednesday.

According to the traffic police official from Wadala police station, the accident took place on the southbound carriageway of the Eastern Freeway near Cotton Green at around 11 pm on Wednesday night when a car rammed into another car from behind.
The cops said that though there were no serious injuries in the mishap, one person was hurt and was taken to JJ Hospital for treatment.
