These rapists should be hanged. I am depressed. Women are not a commodity or toy. Yes, women wear modern dresses. This doesn't mean that they are inviting the men to look at them.

Women up in arms
When people react to such issues, the government clamps down on public instead of taking appropriate measures. We, the people, have the right to express our insecurities and ourselves.
