Mumbai is gradually becoming a melting pot for diverse musical cultures, and it is nice to see that its music-loving citizens are welcoming musicians from different parts of the world.
While Rock, Jazz, EDM and even Fusion music has attained prominence in the city’s musical calendars, several other genres are being given importance as well.

So, if you are one of those who likes swinging to all kinds of music, head to a music performance by acclaimed Norwegian opera singers, Rita Heigre, Anna Einarsson and Nils Harald Sødal along with pianist Ellen Marie Carlsen.
The event is being presented by Ruia Culture Centre and Spic Macay, and will feature arias and extracts from many famous operas including Carmen (George Bizet), Peter Grimes (Benjamin Britten), West Side Story (Leonard Bernstein) and Così fan tutte (Wolfgang A. Mozart).
