Leander Paes and his Russian partner Elena Vesnina shocked top seeds Bob Bryan and Liezel Huber to reach the mixed doubles final of the Wimbledon here on Saturday.
The fourth seeded Indo-Russian pair registered a hard-fought 7-5, 3-6, 6-3 win over their American opponents in the semi-finals in one-hour-48-minute affair.
Paes and Vesnina made their second Grand Slam final of the season as they had earlier made the final of the Australian Open. In the final, they lost to Bethanie Mattek-Sands Horia Tecau. But Paes completed his career after winning the doubles title partnering Radek Stepanek.

Fourth seeds won the first 7-5, but lost the second 3-6 without putting up a fight. The duo came back in the third to seal the match 6-3.
Paes and Vesnina will take on US pair of Mike Bryan and Lisa Raymond in the final today.u00a0
