Paris Jackson celebrated her 15th birthday with her birth mother, Debbie Rowe, at a restaurant in California.

Michael Jackson’s daughter can be seen hugging up to her mum in their first photo since the late legendry singer’s former wife gave up rights to her as a toddler, the Sun reported.
