The actress said, "Doing 'Killer Punjabi' has been an amazing experience for me. Right from the creative to acting. This is my first Punjabi movie and I’m very excited about it.'"

Pooja, who has been out of the film circuit for about four to five years, will also be seen opposite Prabhudheva in Remo D'Souza's 'ABCD 2'.
