As the merry old man from the North Pole comes to town bearing gifts, the guide asks the city’s celeb folk to hang out Christmas stockings with their wishlist, some cookies and milk

This Christmas, I want nothing for myself, but I pray that we, as a country, and all the countries around the world get together in peace and eradicate hatred towards others based on religious or economic strata. We ought to live and let live. Christmas is a season of giving, sharing and forgiving, so let’s get over our egos and start anew. It’s never too late. I also wish that every child gets a chance to express himself/herself in a way that is best suited to them, and enjoys the days of childhood thoroughly.

I wish to intern at Noma (Denmark) in the next quarter. New Nordic cuisine has always been an interesting subject for me and I would want to explore and learn that discipline. Besides, I would also want to get the Chicken and Egg recipe in detail.

With faith, courage and hope, every dream is achievable. This Christmas, I wish from Santa a dream to succeed with determination, honesty and happiness. I also wish for peace for everyone I love and care about as well as for the whole world.

Anushka Manchanda

I would love a Cannon 5D Mach 3 camera to shoot all that catches my fancy! I’ve been good, and have worked hard on my music, so Santa please get me the Maschine. We know you make magic happen. It’s how you deliver gifts to kids across the world in one night! Santa, please do some magic. Help us learn to respect the environment. To be kind to animals. To adopt. To foster. And, to share love.

I wish for world peace, smarter ideas for Bollywood movies, for Arnab Goswami to stop screaming so much because he is smart and makes valid points but they are lost. I wish that Bigg Boss carries on with pride, for our politicians to continue with their dumb statements like they do now, so we can keep making jokes on them.

Reena Saini Kallat

I’d like Santa to bring us a pair of glasses to help us see how we depend on each other and how our lives are linked. To help restore the faith that in the happiness of others will we find joy. Through sharing resources, we can connect ideas and people for a just, healthy and sustainable life.
