The call centre will take stock of the action taken on citizens' complaints of unauthorised constructions and co-ordinate with civic officials
In wake of collapse of an illegal building in Mumbra township which claimed 74 lives, the Thane Municipal Corporation (TMC) on Wednesday started a 24-hour call centre to receive complaints regarding the unauthorised constructions in the city.
TMC receives complaints from time to time from various persons regarding the unauthorised constructions in the city.
