More than two decades after their formation, Mr Big is coming to bangalore to treat their fans to some of their biggest hits

To be with you is probably one song that defines Mr Big. The song was released in 1991 as part of their second album Lean Into It and the song spent weeks together at the numero uno slot on Billboard Hot 100 and what's more, they're coming to Bangalore soon to sing it with you as part of their reunion tour.
Mr Big, formed 21 years ago , has Eric Martin on vocals, the legendary Paul Gilbert on guitars, Billy Sheehan on bass and Pat Tropey on drums. After their break up in 2002, they have finally decided to get back together for their reunion tour next month. As part of this tour, the band does a three city tour, first being Bangalore on October 10 at Palace Grounds.
We caught up with Mr Big through their very tight schedules and here's what they had to say
The band has reunited after seven long years. Why reunite now and what was the problem?

As with any band that tours and records almost non-stop like we did for so long. Members often grow away from each other a bit and tension is created. And now, it's like old times again.
Mr Big weren't in the mood to discuss their set list with us, but just said this much
We will be playing all our hits and also songs that we think our fans would love.
What would you like to tell all your fans in Bangalore?
We want to give our fans everything that we have to give. We want to give them the most awesome rock experience.
Now you know Mr Big is going to rock you big time. They're really excited to be here and if there's one thing they can count on, it's Bangalore screaming hard and being present to prove why we're called the rock capital of India.

I still remember when I was in 5th standard my brother got me a cassette of Mr Big. It was their live performance in Japan and was called Japandemonium. When I heard thatu00a0 Mr Big is coming down to Bangalore I was so excited, but unfortunately I'll be missing their concert. I'm heading home to Darjeeling, after such a long time so I can't afford to cancel my journey. I'm in a Catch-22 situation.
