 If controlling irrepressible hunger pangs in between meals is keeping you away from a healthier routine, this might be a way out. Cashing in on the prevalent hype around all things yoga, a new snack bar, Yogabars, seems to be the new health fad on the block.



It comes in six flavours such as Cashew Orange, Chocolate Chunk Nut, Vanilla Almond, Peanut Butter, Nuts and Seeds and Mocha Magic The bars are packed with super foods and wholesome ingredients like amaranth, flaxseeds, chia, almonds, oats, dates and cocoa.


They contain no preservatives, no artificial flavours, no processed sugars and no high fructose corn syrup. “Yoga is about the journey. With focus and staying aware, you can be better today than you were yesterday.

Yogabars was named such as it was our journey of making food more honest, simplifying food labels and staying focused to continuously innovate along the journey,” says co-founder, Suhasini Sampath.

“We use only ingredients people can see, understand and pronounce. The bars work well to replace a missed meal or as an in between snack, adds partner, Anindita Sampath.”
